The IceWEB Online Channel Partner Program is designed to attract vendors and partners to sell the “software as a service” (SaaS) products developed by IceWEB. Rather than have individual reseller programs for individual products, the IceWEB Online Reseller Program provides our partners with the ability to immediately begin selling any or all of the IceWEB’s suite of hosted products which currently consists of:
- IceMAIL—Hosted Exchange email and collaboration services
- IcePORTAL—Hosted SharePoint intranet portal services
- IceVISTA—Web hosting services
There are two levels of IceWEB Online Channel Partner: Reseller and Affiliate
Resellers
Resellers are afforded the opportunity to brand the IceMAIL service under the name of the reseller. Customers would see the branded product when purchasing and through their end-user control panel systems. Resellers who do not wish to “private label” the service, will utilize the existing IceMAIL, IcePORTAL, or IceVISTA branding, web site, and control panels. Resellers have the optional ability to recognize the service revenue and pay dealer cost for the IceWEB services each month. Resellers can also set their own pricing for each IceWEB service/product. Resellers can also combine multiple services into unique “bundles” to suit their target customers.
Resellers have minimum sales commitments and some initial costs to establish a branded storefront. The sales objectives, specific branding, and creation of unique bundles and pricing is established between IceWEB and the Reseller as part of the initial Reseller Agreement and often varies for each Reseller.
Affiliates
Affiliates cannot brand the IceWEB products/services and will sell under the IceWEB brand name. Affiliates will utilize a unique URL from their web site(s) to direct customers to the IceWEB e-commerce shopping cart. Affiliate sales are processed and directly billed by IceWEB Online with the Affiliate being paid a commission for the ‘referral’. Affiliates cannot set their own pricing for services/products. Our Affiliate program is the easiest and quickest method for our partners to “go to market” with our products and services. Because we have no minimum sales commitment and no startup costs for our Affiliates, we are careful in selecting companies that are a good fit for our product and share our sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Reseller / Affiliate Benefits
The benefits of being an IceWEB Reseller or Affiliate include:
- Quickly go to market with ready-to-sell IceWEB services and packages
- Additional revenue and profit earned for each new mailbox/account and optional services
- No need for capital investment or to build network and computer systems internally—all operations and management of computer systems performed by IceWEB
- No cash outlay for Affiliates to begin selling now, no inventory costs or pre-purchase required
- Reseller level allows custom branding and pricing set by the partner. Affiliates sell using IceMAIL branding and standard IceMAIL pricing.
- Flexible options for reporting, tracking of new customers, revenue, etc.
Marketing Materials and Specials
IceWEB hosts a Channel Partner Portal for our IceWEB Online Reseller and Affiliate level organizations. This web-based portal provides marketing materials, sales tools, news and events, and contact information within IceWEB for your account manager, pre-sales support, and customer service. IceWEB continuously creates marketing collateral such as web or in-store/retail advertisements, banner ads, or other sales aides under the IceMAIL, IcePORTAL, and IceVISTA brand names. Some of these marketing materials may be customized by Reseller level partners with their own brand name

Commissions and Sales Revenue for Partners and Affiliates
IceWEB has individual commission or sales programs for Resellers and Affiliates.
Affiliates are paid commission for each new account activation as a one-time payout model. This commission is based on the price of the package and any optional service the customer selects
